An agent can use connected knowledge sources, data, and systems. Distinguish documents added as knowledge from conversational attachments: formats, limits, and channels differ.
Agents and automation
Agent creation is documented: describe the goal, adjust instructions, knowledge, tools, and triggers, test, then publish if plan and channel permit. Natural-language creation remains conditional and partly preview.
